You will need:
- 1 x packet neon rope (bunnings)
- Pot Plants
- Quick dry Araldite
- Scissors
Place glue on top of pot and begin to wrap rope around pot.
Once set continue to wrap around the rest of pot.
Repeat step one at bottom of the pot
